Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. Custom-made furniture is non-refundable unless faulty.
